This is my take on what the new Tempo Order deck might look like under patch 1.2.1

News:

The matchup against growth is going to be better thanks to spiky units. However you're gonna suffer from the comeback of poison decay, so Purification can help against Curse & Poison. I also profit from the new Redeploy that can allow very effective surprise attacks. The drawbacks are that Pushbacks and Wings Warders have been removed. You can seriously think about replacing Purification with Pushback if you don't feel like trying hard against Poison Decay.

Matchups:

VS   Tempo Order: Losing Wings Warder might be a shame because it helped against Pother & Flip, but your spiky units are good, and Redeploy rocks.

VS   LGO: The matchup has improved with this patch, so you have good chances to win as long as they don't mangospeed or Arbatheft quickly. Use your decimations! In this matchup Pushback would be better than Purification.

VS   Growth: Your best matchup. Spiky, Armor and Relentless will help a lot. Use CDR and Focus to decimate their ranks. Use Purification against their super-enchanted units. Your only problems are: 1. They may have a stronger start and be faster than you. 2. Quake

VS  Ranged Energy / Automatons : The spiky units are close to useless and without Wings Warder you won't have much protection from Magic. You won't have a high winrate vs Ranged Energy.

VS   Melee Energy or Gravelocks: Your matchup is alright here, even if you'll still suffer from Spark, Burn, TS and all magic damage. Spiky will help.

VS   Undead Decay: You should be pretty good here. Spiky units should kill a lot and you're gonna be fast enough to counter-attack.

VS   Poison Decay: Try to use Purification against poison & curse. Seriously, you should rush the idols. You'll lose often in this matchup. Spiky units can help against poisonous melee creatures & harvesters.

VS   Watchergeddon / Standard Decay: It'll depend on your start. They will be stronger lategame unless you have a very good board. They're probably more cost-efficient so be careful about your economy and finish the game before they get rich.

VS   Boring decks (Somata Shift, etc..): You can rush the idols or surrender and then play a real match with somebody that enjoys playing the board.

Conclusion:

In theory you should have bad matchups most of the time, but in practice half of your opponents are going to play growth so if you play well you can have a decent rating. Under patch 1.2.1 Tempo Order won't be toptier though. As a consequence, it's gonna be hard to reach the top 10 with this deck in the new meta  unless your name happens to be antirad.
