This deck is all about getting to play expensive scrolls early.  Turn 3 lay down a conduit or skull shrine.  Turn 4 drop an Ogre or gear up for a turn 5 where you drop a Top Reaver Thea and Burn away their turn 4 play.  Getting the early advantage and controlling the board is important, then you can play out a Forge or two and start shooting out Automatons and overwhelm the board, insuring the victory.

It's very easy to have 12 energy on turn 5 or 6.  Even if you don't have many scrolls in hand, there are plenty of mana sinks in this deck with the Forges and Solemn Giants.  You'll almost always be using up all 10-12 energy a turn.  Get the conduits out early, let them build up more energy until they are at 4 or 5 and use those with Power Trips to have big turns.  Once Thea is out, it's hard to lose, especially if you play her on turn 5.  I've debated putting 3 in because of how powerful the scroll can be when played early.
