In chat people want to think this is Decay Memorial of some kind, which would never happen. Memorials are already problematic and they don't want to add more of them. It has also been said that Decay shall never ever have memorials, and will however have other types of ramp like Vigor Extraction & Return to Nature
It looks very much like a structure, and we can say its 98% sure its a Decay Scrolls. But what will it do?
